To start the weekend I call Party City, we had afternoon tea at St. James Tea Room for Julie’s birthday.

Julie is my mother in law and she definitely deserved a special birthday treat.

The theme was Starry Night and each course was based on Impressionist painters (my fave!).

We had a wonderful time. Happy Birthday Grandma Julie, we love you!
